Return & Exchange Policy
- Return requests made within 15 days of the ship date qualify for a full refund.
- Merchandise must be in the condition you received it, completely free of make-up stains and dirt. Must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the item has been shipped by you and received in our facility.
How to Return or Exchange Items
- You must get our approval to return an item or exchange it for an alternate size, color or style.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same style.

- Tell us the reason for the return and we'll email you a return label.
- Print the return label emailed to you, attach it to the return package. Put the package in the mailbox for pick up, give it to your carrier, drop the package at a postal service blue mailbox or drop the package off at your local post office.
- We must receive the merchandise within 15 days of issuing a label. We will not accept the return after the 15 days.
We are unable to email return labels for Canadian returns. After receiving approval from us for the return, please return items to us by Canadian Post Small Packet Shipping. We will refund this shipping cost to you. Returns made using any method other than Small Packet-USA will only be refunded the cost of this shipping method. Our return policy is noted above.
International Returns & Exchanges
International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
After receiving approval from us for the return, you are welcome to return items to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. Our return policy is noted above. Exchange shipments will be charged the international flat rate shipping fee.
When your package arrives at Q4 Fashion Boutique, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Q4 Fashion .
Q4 Fashion is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
When we receive an order, it will take 1-2 business days for us to ship the product out from our facility. From there, it can take 5-10 days to reach our USA customer. For international orders, delivery after the product has shipped may take a few weeks depending on their customs process for their country.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. If your tracking number does not work please send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Standard Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please make sure your address is correct. If you realize you gave us the wrong address please send us a message before we ship your packages. After packages are shipped we are not responsable!
Q4 Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Any high fraud orders are automatically canceled!
